Grades 7 & 8 are getting ready for the Oneida Area Crop Walk October 24 beginning at 12:30. This is a fun day, especially if the weather cooperates! However, the motto of the walk is "We walk because they walk." Those in other countries might walk 2 miles to a water well to bring home water, no matter what the weather is like. So, to show our solidarity, we walk because they walk,come rain or shine.
